I founded Lonic in April 2008 because I saw a gap in the commercial market for specialist, impartial tenant advice. We absolutely love what we do and everything we do is driven by what’s right for our clients. We’re advisors with a creative approach, not brokers. And that means we think long and hard about every single requirement – it doesn’t matter who you are, how big your business is or how much you want to spend. Everyone is treated with the same respect and attention.

Our relationships go back over 20 years; we have clients who we helped get started with 100 sq ft of space who now occupy 40,000 sq ft. And we’ve advised everyone from tech start-ups to fashion houses, hedge funds to multinational high street banks.
