Ross founded Lonic in April 2008. “I have always loved acting for occupiers. There was a need for a niche firm to provide impartial advice, while at the same time being able to understand what both landlords and tenants want.”

Sam joined Lonic in 2016 and is now joint-owner.

He goes above and beyond for each client, often working until the early hours of the morning (although he does sleep sometimes).

Away from the office, he eats, sleeps and breathes Liverpool Football Club.

Michael is head of disposals at Lonic and excels when faced with complicated situations. Michael comes to the office for a holiday – he has three children. When not working either at home or the office, he likes to cycle.

Stephen is Lonic’s most experienced member with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. Previously he was the founding partner of Feiner de Smith, the leading office agent in Soho and Noho. In fact, his firm was the first agency in Soho when no-one else would touch it. You could call him a visionary.

Jack is our partner in New York. He has over 17 years of industry experience developing and implementing real estate strategies for clients in Manhattan and throughout the United States.

He was awarded real estate’s highest honour – REBNY’s Henry Hart Rice Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award.

He lives on the Jersey Shore with his wife and three children.
